Submission Process

Each student submission will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts and early career professionals.

Entries will be scored against key criteria: impact, innovation, inclusivity, and evidence of results. Finalists will be announced and invited to a celebration event, where the category winners will be revealed.

Find the award(s) you'd like to enter, fill out the form and tell us what makes you, your project, or your impact in STEM unique.

We want to know the real you — beyond grades and CVs. Whether it’s a side hustle, a bold idea, a personal challenge you’ve overcome, or a uni project you’re proud of, this is your space to shine. Authenticity matters more than perfection.

Tell Us Your Story

1

Finalists will complete a fun, creative challenge designed by our employer partners.

If your submission makes it to the shortlist, you’ll be invited to take on an exciting STEM challenge — think problem-solving, pitching, or rapid-fire ideation. It’s your chance to show how you think, collaborate, and innovate. No pressure — just opportunity.

Innovation Challenge

2

Have a relaxed chat with a panel about your journey, ideas, and vision.

No suits, no scripts — just a real conversation with people who care about your potential. Share your motivations, what drives you, and where you see yourself going. This is about connection, not interrogation.
