We’re searching for students who are making a difference through creativity, curiosity, and real-world STEM impact. This award celebrates undergraduates who apply science and technology to solve problems through research, projects, entrepreneurship, or community work.

Through our award-winning platform, we connect young people directly with leading employers across every sector, including STEM industries, enabling them to explore roles, build real-world skills and gain confidence in a flexible, accessible digital environment. To date, we have supported hundreds of thousands of learners across the UK, delivering employer-endorsed experiences that can be delivered at scale.


We work with schools, colleges, universities and employers to co-create programmes that reflect the real world of work. Our virtual work experience modules, employability skills suite and university experiences give young people the insight and skills they need to make informed decisions about their futures, helping them see not just what a career looks like, but how they can get there.

Judging Process

Each student submission will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts and early career professionals.

 

Entries will be scored against key criteria: impact, innovation, inclusivity, and evidence of results. Finalists will be announced and invited to a celebration event, where the category winners will be revealed.

STEM students bring their curiosity, creativity, and lived experience to help assess which employers truly stand out to the next generation.
